Yong-sun has a very short temper from the looks of it, but his heart is in the right place.
While he does come off as rude and uncaring at times, Yong-sun is very attentive to others' needs and worries but chooses to dismiss them or scold/criticize them. At times, that reaction is unintentional and even if his response is pointed out as 'rude', you'd soon receive a kick to the face than an apology. That's how it works in his book. (Not really, don't worry, you'd have to piss him off to a very high level for him to react in a violent manner) One many occasion, he will hesitantly attempt to aid you or invite you to grab some food, of course, making it his job to treat his companion.

He tends to be very competitive as well when it comes to his field (fighting) and a few others activities due to his temper and childish behavior. This little personality trait is also what had gotten him into trouble in the past when he attended his hometown's college, which also almost cost him to get expelled after he got taunted and 'challenge' that's what he says at least. The guy's slowly learning how to handle his temper ever since he moved. As for being clumsy ... That's a long story. Yong's head is in the clouds a lot when he's alone.

His childhood was not the part of the happy memories he holds. His mother died due to illness, and he was left with his father who, unable to cope with the death of his wife, slowly fell into depression and alcohol. Yong-sun's father was never really a good man to begin with, his guidance being his wife whom he still mistreated when angered.

After years had passed in the care of his father, Yong-sun was finally taken in by Child Services and placed into various foster homes. His final home being with that of an old couple who cared deeply for the mistreated child. After that, he was raised in a very calm and caring environment, being sent back to middle school and therapy, as recommended. While his new family was kind and caring, Yong-sun held a strong hatred inside of him that he couldn't seem to calm.

He would constantly be sent to detention and scolded by his teachers for his actions during class and during class breaks. He was known as a school bully and didn't seem to enjoy the company of others. It was heavily suggested by teachers that he get pulled from school and to be schooled at home as they worried for the safety of the other student. Upon hearing these accusations about their son, Yong-sun's parents made an effort to help him with whatever they could so that he could remain in school. Truthfully, the boy did try his best as well after seeing how this situation distressed his parents. They had given him everything he didn't have before, and this is how he was repaying them?
With much effort, Yong-sun managed to hold some control over his violent nature and the school reports were less and less. He would constantly receive praise from his teachers instead of scoldings and detention slips. The students, though wary, began to approach him, and he managed to make a few friends.

As the years went by, he graduated from middle school and moved onto his school. His temper was better, but he still had his violent tendencies due to his short-tempered nature, but he held up on his own thanks to the help of his parents and his therapist along with the friends that followed towards the same high school.

At Ajisai ...

At this point in time, many things have happened in his life. Some he wants to have remained unspoken and some he would gladly brag about. He has involved himself with [REDACTED] become very close with prominent figures who go by the names; Iseul, Anuj, and his current lover, Meta he is quite attached to the Metagross, occasionally become destructive with him, costing Anuj a good amount of money in repairs. After long talks and promises with the people important to him, he was told to do what he felt was right and set off to Ajisai Academy to finish up his education. He very much hates it, but he doesn't want to disappoint anyone's expectations, especially that of his parents. No one but Yong-sun himself knows what career he's planning to chase. It's most definitely unrelated to some of the classes he takes part in.

Likes: Super Sentai series, swimming, talking about ghost stories, naps everyone loves naps...., rough housing.
Dislikes: Being annoyed, tasteless food, surprises in this case.. unexpected tests. It's not like he studies much anyways, being bossed around, closed spaces could trigger a panic attack

Extra:

- If he likes you enough, he may just show you his Super Sentai action figure collection. Maybe even the DVDs. MAYBE.
- During class breaks, he seems to wander off into a secluded area to nap.
